1. Free learning: this course, website and book are free for personal and educational use.
2. Copyright: the lessons, design, book and code are Copyright © ZyeemZia. They may not be sold or republished under another name without permission. Teachers and schools may use them and print the book for their classes free of charge.
3. Accuracy: the lessons were checked carefully, but please report any mistake you find. Device voices differ, so a pronunciation may sometimes sound slightly off.
4. Progress: your progress is stored only on your device and cannot be recovered if you clear site data or change device. Do not make certificates in someone else's name.
5. Certificates: the site's certificate recognises learning progress; it is not an academic degree or an official language test.
6. Service: the site is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well but cannot guarantee it is always available.
7. Changes: these terms may be updated when needed; the date above shows the latest version.
